Saw Palmetto 450mg Per Serving
In over twenty two clinical studies, saw Palmetto extract has been shown to promote the health, and function of the prostate in adult males.
Saw Palmetto has been reported in clinical studies to be an effective treatment for non malignant prostate conditions, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
In studies of BPH, Saw Palmetto extract was show to improve urine flow, decrease prostate size, reduce inflammation, reduce frequency of urination at night, improve duration of the bladder voiding, and reduce post micturitional dribbling.

Beta Sitosterol 300mg Per Serving
Beta Sitosterol is the active ingredient in saw palmetto berries, which have been used for centuries to treat patients with prostate and urinary problems.
The active ingredient in saw palmetto as well as other herbal remedies such as Pygeum, stinging nettle, and pumpkin seeds is beta Sitosterol. One capsule usually contains 300mg of beta Sitosterol.
